
Assistant Finance Business Partner

- Oversee the posting of central month end postings ensuring correct categorisation and resolution of discrepancies.
- Ensure the accurate and timely posting of central allocations, CMS, IT allocations, and apprentice levy.
- Manage the phasing of payroll costs.
- Ensure accurate posting of overtime, real-time deductions, insurance and property and resolve any discrepancies.
- Production of monthly reporting including commentary
- Maintain and update all cost and budget models with relevant data, working with the Finance Business Partner Team to enhance models to provide better management information.
- Responsibility for the creation and maintenance of budget and forecast reporting within deadlines.
- Support with the preparation and reporting of national statistics as required by regulatory bodies.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested by senior management or other departments.
- Support the maintenance and distribution of weekly financial reports.
- A background in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- An understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
