We’re looking for a Wellbeing Support Assistant to work in a North Bristol secondary school, supporting pupils who may be struggling with confidence, attendance, or personal challenges that affect their learning.This is a chance to make a genuine impact every day by helping young people feel heard, supported, and ready to get the best out of school life.Your role will include:Building trusted relationships with students across Key Stages 3 and 4Offering 1:1 and small group support to boost emotional wellbeingHelping pupils manage their school day with confidenceWorking closely with teachers, pastoral leads, and families to keep everyone in the loopYou’ll be great for this role if you:Already have experience as a TA in a secondary setting (although not essential)Are calm, empathetic, and approachableHave a good sense of when to listen and when to guideWant to grow your skills in pastoral and wellbeing supportWhat you’ll get with Protocol Education:- Weekly PAYE pay (no umbrella deductions)
