
HR Project Lead – Talent Acquisition Process and Oracle System - FTC 12 months

- Act as main HR Center of Excellence contact person for the design and implementation of Oracle RMS V2 and HCM Onboarding module.
- Define and track on behalf of HR Center of Excellence project scope, milestones, and deliverables in close collaboration with HR Digital Team
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and data protection standards.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists, Digital HR Team, and with internal IT and external vendors as appropriate.
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training to support change management.
- Provide input and support system configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle RMS and Onboarding tool in alignment with Digital HR Team.
- Provide input for integration with existing Oracle HCM modules and third-party systems in line with COE requirements
- Support further implementation of updated TA Policy and set up best practice sharing group with the countries as part of the implementation of Oracle RMS V2
- Analyze and redesign recruitment and onboarding workflows.
- Leverage automation and analytics to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor project KPIs and adoption.
- Provide actionable insights to HR leadership
- Salary: up to £68,187.82 dependent on experience plus a 10% annual bonus
- Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
