Job Type: Full-time / PermanentAbout the PositionWe are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and make a meaningful contribution to children's learning and development during a key stage of their education.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver well-planned and engaging lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 curriculumMonitor and assess pupil progress to ensure ongoing development for all learnersMaintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environmentTailor teaching strategies to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilitiesKeep clear and accurate records of student performance and provide regular feedback to parents and school leadersDevelop strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents to support a positive school cultureActively participate in the broader life of the school, including meetings, professional development, and extracurricular activitiesCandidate RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or status as an Early Career Teacher (ECT)Previous teaching experience in Key Stage 2 (Years 3 to 6)Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 national curriculumEffective classroom management and the ability to inspire and engage pupilsCommitment to reflective practice and continuous improvementStrong communication and collaboration skillsA genuine passion for fostering both academic and personal growth in childrenHow to ApplyIf you are committed to making a positive impact in a Key Stage 2 setting and would like to be part of a forward-thinking and supportive school, we would love to hear from you.Contact:
