Job DescriptionBrook Street is working with a large client that is seeking a Residential Conveyancer on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. This is a fully-remote role with a full-time, experienced legal assistant dedicated to assigned files.Main duties:

To work on a caseload mixture of freehold, leasehold, purchase, sale & re-mortgages.
To deliver a high quality and efficient service to client base.
To maintain compliance with legal and regulatory compliance.
To handle all aspects of conveyance process.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience (Desired):Experience in Residential ConveyancingExperience with leaseholdsExcellent attention to detailStrong verbal & written communication skillsCompany Benefits:
