- Administer all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, conducting due diligence in all areas of processing a residential property transaction.
- Handle all property matters independently, including Leaseholds, Freeholds, Registered and Unregistered Properties, and various transaction types (sales, purchase, re-mortgage, new build, right to buy, help to buy, shared ownership, lease extensions, deeds of variation, etc.).
- Achieve time and billing targets
- Effectively manage a varied caseload, adapting to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Progress client matters efficiently, ensuring files are organised and maintained in good order.
- Collaborate with colleagues, contributing to the department workflow and assisting with other client projects when required.
- Build strong client relationships by embodying the firm’s ethos of providing exceptional client care.
- Qualified Solicitors or CIlex with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE),
- Proven experience in handling a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters independently.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
