- Workforce planning, cost control and GP management without compromising quality
- Collaborating closely with senior management to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency
- Is a proven Head Chef within large-volume, quality-led hotels or resorts
- Brings confident leadership, clear communication and a calm, organised approach
- Is hands-on, standards-driven and passionate about guest satisfaction
- Can balance creativity with commercial awareness, delivering consistency at scale
- Thrives on collaboration and motivates a diverse team to perform at their best
