  • £40,000 per annum plus a 10% bonus and £1,200 to £2,400 service charge

Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
  • Producing a wide array of high-quality dishes to wow guests
  • Working with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a smooth-running restaurant experience
  • Taking charge of kitchen operations by completing the staff rotas, managing the team and running shifts
