Technical Services Engineer ( Integration Engineert)London , hybrid workingWe are looking for a Technical Services Engineer to join our growing team. Our engineers are responsible for the technical development and delivery of our product and integrations. They deliver expert guidance to clients, our partners and the larger Intapp teams in order to help us improve processes to ensure we are delivering a first-class service across the board.What you will do:
  • Working as part of a project team to deliver technical services to Intapp customers
  • Designing and building Integrations on Intapp Integration Service (IIS)
  • Operating in a client facing role to provide analysis of client needs and integration recommendations
  • Conduct data management and data mapping workshops as related to the proposed solution
  • Working cross functionally with several teams including the product teams, implementation teams, professional services teams in order to collaborate on improvements in delivering solutions to clients
What you'll need:
  • Experience implementing and designing integrations with Boomi or other integration tools
  • Results-oriented, resourceful and comfortable working under tight deadlines with a demanding set of internal and external customers
  • Demonstrate 5+ years of professional experience working on software or API development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to explain software to non-technical users
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and strong desire to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must; this position involves direct customer interaction
  • Team player with the ability to coordinate work with all team members
  • Demonstrated experience in leading business process reviews, design reviews, and change management
  • Project management skills including organizational and administrative skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and motivated for continual learning
  • Extensive web technology knowledge and understanding:
  • Web based Request/Response cycles
  • Consuming RESTful and SOAP API’s
  • Synchronous and Asynchronous communications
  • Databases & T-SQL (relational, queries, joins, procedures, performance)
