The Graduate Behaviour Mentor will work closely with pupils aged 11–16 who present with SEMH needs. As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will de-escalate behaviour, encourage positive emotional development, and provide consistent support. You will also act as a Graduate Behaviour Mentor alongside teachers, ensuring pupils are engaged with lessons.What’s on Offer:

- Degree (2:1 or higher, Psychology graduates encouraged)
- Excellent communication and resilience to succeed as a Graduate Behaviour Mentor
- Experience in care, youth work, or coaching is useful for a Graduate Behaviour Mentor
- Must have right to work in the UK
