You’ll be based in a specialist school, working alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and SENCOs, helping pupils navigate learning, emotions, and daily routines.What the role involves:Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, or complex needsOffering encouragement and guidance during lessonsHelping manage emotional and behavioural challengesBeing a consistent, positive presence in a pupil’s dayWorking 1:1 or in small groups to build trust and confidenceThis could be perfect if you’re:A recent graduate in Psychology, Education, Youth Work, Social Work, or a related fieldConsidering teaching, educational psychology, or a career in mental healthGreat at staying calm under pressure and committed to making a differenceWhat you’ll get:Real-world experience in SEND and inclusionFREE Thrive training and CPD through Protocol EducationWeekly pay via PAYE—no umbrella deductionsOngoing support from a dedicated SEND consultant who genuinely caresNo school experience?
