- Identifying and pursuing business opportunities within target markets
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan
- Setting KPIs & Pipeline forecasting
- Develop and manage Supplier relationships and facilitate product training
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- 3 + years’ experience in a sales role, ideally experience of the AV markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
