You will have the ability to problem solve and provide excellent customer service to our community.You will have:
  • 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*- C.
  • A proven track record of securing a successful and positive culture.
  • Experience of leading behaviour.
  • Up to date knowledge in behaviour management including national policy, behaviour management strategies, inspection findings and statutory requirements.
  • A profound understanding of the elements which comprise effective behaviour management.
