
Senior Project Manager

- Own the delivery of the release backlog across the entire product program, applying Agile/Scrum methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure timely, on-budget, and in-scope iterative releases.
- Partner with cross-functional experts—including product managers, analysts, designers, technologists, security/privacy teams, and external partners—to conceptualise and implement digital solutions that meet business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with team leads and senior stakeholders across departments to proactively remove obstacles, handle risks, and drive efficient and effective project execution.
- Ensure the creation and upkeep of key product documentation, including defined scope, user stories, delivery roadmaps, sprint boards, action logs, and risk registers.
- Work closely with product and delivery teams to align on actions, expectations, and deadlines, ensuring all activities are tracked and completed successfully.
- Support governance and compliance efforts, ensuring all required processes are followed and documentation remains current and audit-ready.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting their development and ensuring alignment with team objectives and strategic goals.
- Certified in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, PMP).
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end, customer-facing software projects using Agile, on time and within scope and budget.
- Strong leadership across all delivery phases—from discovery to CI/CD and ongoing maintenance.
- Proficient in managing both custom-built and low/no-code SaaS solutions.
- Skilled in Microsoft 365, Jira, Monday.com, and other project delivery tools.
- Experience in AI solution delivery and digital transformation, particularly modernising legacy systems or land access platforms.
- Background in fast-paced, start-up environments with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and tools such as Miro, Lucid, and Figma.
- Understanding of Wayleave and land access processes, including relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
