Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to meet strategic goals.
Coach, develop, and identify training for team members; manage skills matrices and performance feedback.
Monitor and improve KPIs for scrap, pre-release, concessions, and quality escapes.
Attend CCB and CAR meetings to ensure compliance with internal BMS and external regulatory standards.
Manage and maintain department records (e.g., time and attendance, archive processes).
Support the Quality Manager in oversight of QCE personnel and daily quality operations.
Produce monthly reports for Senior Management Reviews.
Ensure full site compliance with Part 21G and Part 145 requirements.
Regularly review and update Quality Management System (BMS) policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Promote health, safety, and environmental standards across the function.What We're Looking ForProven experience in aerospace manufacturing quality, preferably with composites and metallics.
Strong understanding and working knowledge of EASA Part 21G and Part 145.
Confident leadership skills with the ability to mentor and influence at all levels.
Excellent communication and report writing skills.
Practical understanding of quality systems, continuous improvement, and KPI development.The Offer
