Recruitment Coordinator

• Previous experience within the hospitality or recruitment industry.
• Experience in a Recruitment role in a multi-site national company is desirable.
• Experience of working with systems including Eploy (ATS) and Fourth Hospitality would be beneficial.
• An engaging, charismatic and down to earth personality.
• Highly organised and efficient work style.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team and working environment, being able to assess and prioritise tasks.
• Ability to analyse and review information and provide reports.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Sound problem solving and decision-making capability under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
• Ability to establish successful working relationships within a diverse operation.
• Driven and self-motivated.
• Resilient and persistent.
• This role will require travel to our London head office and our hotels across the South of the country, so an ability and willingness to travel on a weekly basis is required.
