- Providing interim HR support during a period of organisational change, with a primary focus on recruitment and onboarding, while supporting the wider HR team in delivering core operational services
- Acting as a key point of contact for staff and line managers, offering guidance on recruitment and training queries
- Supporting hiring managers through effective recruitment, advertising and selection processes, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new starters
- Preparing high quality candidate information packs and job adverts with input from hiring managers, the Senior HR Adviser
- Ensuring jobs are advertised as scheduled, liaising with advertising agencies, the Digital Mobilisation team and job boards as necessary, including updating job slots on LinkedIn
- Providing recruitment and diversity & inclusion data to the hiring manager and HR team to inform improvements in the recruitment process
- Supporting the L&D Manager, coordinating logistics such as liaising with training providers and scheduling induction and development sessions
- Multiple years experience in a fast-paced recruitment role
- Experience working in the Charity / Local Government Sector
- Experience using Recruitee system
- 3 days per week WFH
- 'Breathe day' - One day per month off extra to recharge
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, flexi hours
