- Handle reservations and bookings for flights, hotels, railways
- Ticketing, issuing, reissuing tickets and refunds on AMADEUS system
- Operate internal system efficiently to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Call customers in case of irregular operations (cancellations of flights, delays, major strikes etc.)
- Fluent Verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in AMADEUS system
