- Leading a team of engineers on shift — mentoring, supporting and setting the standard
- Carrying out hands-on planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Taking the lead during breakdowns and keeping downtime to a minimum
- Working closely with production, technical, and senior teams to keep operations running smoothly
- Driving improvements, managing parts ordering, and ensuring all work is safe and compliant
- A Multi-Skilled Engineer with strong mechanical and electrical experience
- Some leadership or team coordination experience – doesn’t have to be loads, just someone ready to step up
- Background in manufacturing or FMCG
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering
- Someone proactive, organised, and great at bringing the best out of a team
- £55,000 salary
