
Capital Investment Projects Engineering Manager

- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and performance metrics.
- Strategy Implementation: Delivery our asset and site lifecycle plans and supporting site leadership teams with the annual renewal of these lifecycle plans.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, engineers, architects, and governmental agencies.
- Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial control and efficient resource utilization. Monitor and report financial performance against project milestones and objectives.
- Supplier Management: negotiation of price, timescales, deliverables, variations
- Contract management, contract negotiation, contact reviews, safety management during construction phases, contract completion and signoff
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Provide accurate and timely updates on project progress, issues, and corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancement and implementing best practices in project management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in capital project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
