Job Description:Our client is seeking a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support senior leadership across business development, marketing, proposals, communications, and studio operations.The Marketing & Operations Coordinator will keep teams running smoothly, maintain a consistent brand presence, and contribute to client-facing materials, events, and internal processes.This role is based in the City of London.Marketing & Operations Responsibilities:Assist with proposals and bid managementMaintain proposal templates, credentials, and an RFP response libraryTrack business development targets and support annual BD planningResearch and coordinate marketing and networking eventsOrganise client presentations, workshops, and meetingsOversee production and consistency of marketing materialsSource or arrange project photography to capture key milestonesIdentify relevant conferences, awards, and speaking opportunitiesSupport PR by tracking press mentions and promoting shortlistings and winsSchedule regular PR/marketing review meetings with leadershipCoordinate social media and internal communicationsProduce clear, well-designed documents and presentations (using InDesign and other tools)Support internal reporting, technical documentation, and presentation materialMaintain website and intranet contentManage an image library of project photos and studio visualsCoordinate internal and external eventsSupport onboarding and inductions for new joinersKeep staff CVs and project profiles currentProvide occasional front-of-house cover to ensure a smooth studio experienceProvide administrative support to directors and senior leadershipCoordinate QA templates and client feedback schedulesAssist project teams with reporting and design-stage documentationIdeal Marketing & Operations Responsibilities:Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines with excellent attention to detailConfident prioritisation and independence while working collaborativelyAdaptable, well-organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced MS Word, Excel, and Adobe PDFProficiency in Adobe InDesign (Photoshop or Illustrator a plus)Familiarity with CMS platforms for website updatesExperience with desktop publishing, marketing materials, or document control is advantageousRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
