Job IntroductionAs a Reception Manager you will oversee guest services and daily operation across two prestigious sites in Bournemouth. You will lead and inspire teams at both locations, maintaining high standards, building strong stakeholder relationships, and creating a seamless, world-class welcome for all visitors and clients.You will be working with a team of 6 across two buildings to deliver seamless guest experiences.Type of contract: Full-time, permanentHours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; 8-hour shift within the service hours of 7 AM - 6 PM. Main responsibilities
  • To oversee guest services and daily operation across main campus.
  • You will lead and inspire teams at both locations, maintaining high standards, building strong stakeholder relationships, and creating a seamless, world-class welcome for all visitors and clients.
  • The Reception Manager main responsibilities is to drive and lead the team to create unique guest experiences and provide customer service at Bournemouth Main campus and our other prestigious site.
  • Rota management, ensuring all team members are completing their hours accordingly.
  • Liaising and partnering with the client to implement new ideas, take on feedback and continue to elevate the guest experience.
The ideal candidate will

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly proficiency with Microsoft Office product suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • You are passionate about delivering brilliant service and take responsibility for your contribution to the team.
  • Ideally have previous experience in similar reception management position.
