Our people are key to our success and each role contributes to the Group's ongoing progress in communities around the world.This role is based within CU Corporate Services, a sister company of Coventry University and part of the Coventry University Group.The RoleThe Clinical Psychology and Psychological Therapy teams deliver a range of NHS England funded training programmes in partnership with local NHS Trusts/NHS-commissioned services.In the role of Course Administrator, you will join a large team to support the school's academic staff and work closely with the Curriculum Lead, Course Directors and other colleagues in the Management Support Team who support our health provision. You will work alongside various teams to deliver a high-quality training experience in line with national curricula and professional body requirements.The role will provide administrative support to the teams across the curriculum area, ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance is always adhered to. You will undertake tasks such as scheduling meetings and minute taking, booking rooms for student teaching and assessments. You will also support the recruitment, enrolment and induction of trainees and monitor their attendance and leave requests once enrolled to their course. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders such as colleague at University of Warwick, professional accrediting bodies, local NHS Trusts will be essential to the role.Our Successful CandidateYou will have proven experience in an administrative role within a high performing, customer focused environment. High levels of communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to relate to people at all levels with courtesy and professionalism are key in this role.Excellent attention to detail and competent on all Microsoft Office Packages you will have previous experience working with large databases to record and manage information.
