- Taking inbound calls and taking accurate messages for absent colleagues.
- Managing diary for meeting room and confirming by email any arrangements / changes.
- Ensuring that all areas, including meeting rooms are kept clean and presentable at all times, arranging refreshments for meetings.
- Invoicing and ordering of office sundries.
