Location: London (Hybrid Work Model - up to 2 days/week remote)Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal consultation and client supportDraft and review contracts and legal documentsPrepare court filings and related documentationAssist with legal procedures including mediation, litigation, and negotiations; attend court as neededConduct legal research and prepare memoranda and legal opinionsParticipate in client meetings and provide regular updatesAttend internal training sessions and study groupsRequired QualificationsQualified attorney in Japan or the United Kingdom (including recent bar exam passers or those who have completed legal training)Strong interest in legal practice and a willingness to learnHigh level of integrity, responsibility, and ability to work collaborativelyBasic computer skills (Word, Excel, email, etc.)
