- Documentation Management:Oversee the end-to-end handling of EB-related documentation, ensuring all customer instructions are accurately interpreted, processed, and reflected in internal systems.
- Customer Communication:Maintain clear and responsive communication with customers throughout the documentation process, ensuring their needs are met and queries are resolved promptly.
- Interdepartmental Coordination:Provide clear and accurate instructions to relevant departments for service and fee setup, ensuring seamless execution of customer requests.
- Collaboration with Promotion Team:Work closely with the Promotion Team to ensure they can follow up with customers effectively, including introducing additional products or services.
- Regional Support:Assist colleagues in other regions, particularly in the Continent, with documentation processing when additional support is required.
- Governance and Compliance:Ensure all agreements are updated in coordination with legal teams, and that procedural manuals are revised in line with any changes.
- Process Improvement:Identify and propose improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of documentation handling processes.
- Fluent in English and strong verbal and written command of Japanese.
- Financial services sector experience, especially in corporate cash management including e-banking, cash pooling, H2H/Swift
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders
