Gap Personnel are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to work with our client based in Cradley HeathDetails:
  • £13.50 per hour
  • Temp to Perm position
  • Flexible working hours betweek 25 - 30 hours per week
The Role:
  • Posting all purchase invoices - ranging from credit card transactions to import container invoices
  • Managing purchase invoice disputes with suppliers and getting invoices approve
  • Reviewing supplier statements to match the system
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Employee expenses
  • Petty cash management
  • Weekly supplier payment runs
  • Accounts emails and phone calls
The Person:
  • Experience in a similar accounts / purchase ledger role required
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team
