A leading global games publisher is seeking an experienced EMEA Brand Manager to join their Windsor-based team. In this strategic role, you will report to the Senior Brand Manager and be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial success across multiple high-profile gaming titles within the EMEA and ANZ regions.This position could be perfect for an Assistant Brand Manager that feels they've reached a ceiling in their current role and what's that opportunity to step up. Likewise, for an experienced Brand Manager who wants to work for a legacy entertainment studio, or side step industries.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement tailored go-to-market and promotional plans across EMEA and Australia/New ZealandWork closely with global marketing teams to ensure brand alignment across territories, including Japan and the USTranslate overarching brand pillars into actionable regional marketing plansIndependently manage and report on allocated marketing budgets for specific titlesAnalyse and report on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and key performance indicators, including sales performanceStay up to date with market trends and conduct competitive analysis and consumer researchDefine brand positioning and extract actionable insights for regional applicationClearly communicate brand vision and objectives across internal stakeholders and external partnersOversee development of marketing assets, localisation efforts, and creative campaign execution in collaboration with internal teams and agenciesMonitor audience reception and adapt strategies to optimise impactContribute to long-term brand growth strategiesFoster alignment across the organisation around brand goals and messagingRequired Skills & Experience:Substantial experience in a strategic brand or marketing role, ideally within the entertainment or digital content industryDemonstrated ability to build and execute regional marketing strategies and manage budgets effectivelyStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work with international teams across various departments and culturesDeep understanding of the video games industry and current platform landscapeExcellent organisational skills with a detail-oriented, proactive approach to project managementClear and confident communication style, with strong interpersonal abilitiesComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple projects and stakeholdersDesirable:Proficiency in additional languages such as Japanese, German, Spanish, Italian, French, or ArabicA passion for gaming, particularly in genres such as action, horror, or Japanese RPGs
