The Financial Controller will oversee finance for a growing SME, managing margins, costs, and coaching the team. The role involves cross-site collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and contributing to strategic decisions within a family-owned, manufacturing company.

Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare and review accurate financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing key insights to support decision-making.
Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability.
Support external audits and liaise with auditors as required.
Develop and implement financial controls and best practices.
Provide financial guidance and mentorship to the accounting team.

Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).

Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.

Salary range: £70,000-£80,000.
23 days holiday plus bank holidays.
