  • Deliver differentiated, multi-sensory lessons tailored to pupils with a range of learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Create a safe, structured, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Use formative assessment and targeted interventions to support academic and personal development
  • Contribute to whole-school SEN strategies, staff training, and inclusive practices
The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Hold QTS and have experience working with primary-aged children with special educational needs
  • Be empathetic, resilient, and committed to inclusive education
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Be confident using assistive technology and visual supports
  • Embrace a growth mindset and be open to ongoing CPD and collaborative learning
