- Leading, planning, and delivering a wide range of corporate external audit engagements.
- Managing and developing strong relationships with clients across various industries.
- Coaching and supporting junior team members to become accomplished business advisors.
- Monitoring budgets, agreeing fees, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Playing an active role in business development activities within the Birmingham market.
- Contributing ideas to help shape and grow the Audit service line in the West Midlands.
- Is ACA or ACCA qualified (or holds an equivalent qualification).
- Has significant experience managing a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors.
- Is a strong people manager who enjoys coaching and developing others.
- Has access to transport and a full driving license.
