You will play an important role overseeing the management team and acting as a true senior leader to support the Directorship. You will support and develop the managers as well as assisting the Directors with their own portfolio of clients when necessary.
  • Manage a varied portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact for the firm
  • Actively manage the department: development of management, managing the workflow and capacity of the team, assist with recruitment
  • Provide technical support to colleagues, particularly within audit
Leading independent practice in Birmingham Clear pathway to Director
  • Hold a relevant accounting qualification
  • Extensive practice experience
  • Track record of successfully managing a team and portfolio
  • Ideally, you will have previously worked at a national practice
