- Define and execute the product vision for analytics and insights for both Marketing Agents and the Bloomreach Engagement platform.
- Establish scalable, modular approaches to how performance is measured across campaigns, channels and AI agents across all teams.
- Build towards a modular measurement that scales with Bloomreach's broader product vision-supporting everything from experimentation to optimization and business reporting.
- Own the current capabilities such as Performance Dashobards, Analytics Platform, Analytics Agent and shape how insights are generated, visualized, and consumed.
- Define data schema needs, dashboard specs, and data evaluation flows across unstructured, structured, and external databases.
- Partner with engineering to modernize our analytics infrastructure. Ensure our analytics set-up supports fast iteration, cross-product usage, and future AI agent development.
- Own the connection between insights and execution. Partner with AI/agent teams to embed real-time insights into the execution layer, closing the loop between analysis and action.
- Work closely with other Product Teams, especially those owning messaging and AI agent experiences, to embed insights into channel workflows and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with GTM teams to identify top customer needs, unlock reporting bottlenecks, and scale successful analytics patterns across verticals.
- Regularly sync with senior stakeholders, other team leads, and cross-functional partners to align priorities, share progress, and solve shared challenges together.
- 5+ years of product management experience in analytics, data platforms, or AI-driven SaaS products with a track record of delivering successful products end to end (from identifying an opportunity to a successful launch).
- Experience defining Semantic data models and analytics data schemas for Enterprise Applications or Analytics products
- Strong understanding of data systems, reporting frameworks, and the challenges of structured/unstructured and real-time data.
- Clear communicator and team player. The ability to communicate concisely and convincingly in a way that demonstrates clarity of underlying thoughts. The experience working cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
- Independence and self-organization to navigate through ambiguous situations, being able to prioritize the right things to work on, while juggling multiple projects in different stages of maturity
- Curious and excited about AI- likely already explored or built an AI-powered feature, agent, or insights tool, and want to push further.
- Background or experience with marketing technology or customer data platforms. Good understanding of the goals and problems of e-commerce.
- Experience with real-time analytics systems or decisioning products.
