- Provide efficient and confidential administrative support to Humber Facilities Services, including Catering, Domestic Services, Portering, Reception, and Security.
- Utilise Trust computerised administration systems effectively.
- To be able to answer queries, utilise skills in problem solving, chasing, and progressing queries.
- Scanning and photocopying, filing, word processing, and completing reports in a timely way, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage all communication effectively (electronic, paper and verbal) in a confidential manner, document as appropriate and disseminate information received to their intended recipients.
- Work without direct supervision in a conscientious, professional, and diligent manner.
- Update and send to all sites order forms and allergen information.
- Knowledge of office/reception procedures and work tasks.
- Knowledge of the Humber Teaching Foundation Trust and its Services.
- Level 1 Maths and English or equivalent.
- Level 2 Maths and English or equivalent.
- Knowledge and application of a range of office/reception based procedures and work tasks.
- Experience of using a range of MS Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc
- Experience of working with the general public.
- Demonstrable experience undertaking office/reception based procedures and work tasks.
- Able to demonstrate excellent inter-personal communication skills.
- Able to plan and prioritise effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team to achieve work objectives.
- Ability to demonstrate ethical values and attitudes within a culture of equality and diversity
- Ability to multi-task and think creatively to reach solutions.
