In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out various administrative tasks that help coordinate teams within Humber Facilities Services effectively. This position requires a proactive approach, enabling you to manage and prioritise your workload independently.Additionally, you will lead the effort to open the reception area and prepare the space to create a welcoming environment for staff and visitors upon their arrival. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be essential in establishing a smooth and professional atmosphere.Please note that this is a mobile position, requiring travel across theTrust's sites. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but these can be discussed during the interview.Main duties of the job
  • Provide efficient and confidential administrative support to Humber Facilities Services, including Catering, Domestic Services, Portering, Reception, and Security.
  • Utilise Trust computerised administration systems effectively.
  • To be able to answer queries, utilise skills in problem solving, chasing, and progressing queries.
  • Scanning and photocopying, filing, word processing, and completing reports in a timely way, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Manage all communication effectively (electronic, paper and verbal) in a confidential manner, document as appropriate and disseminate information received to their intended recipients.
  • Work without direct supervision in a conscientious, professional, and diligent manner.
  • Update and send to all sites order forms and allergen information.
