Hours: Variety of shifts Monday to Sunday, varying shift times apply so will require flexible workers

Location: ShoeburynessKey Duties:
- Picking raw seafood products and monitoring the cleaning process
- Carrying out quality checks on raw and cooked products.
- Cooking raw seafood as per production requirements.
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently.
- Sorting and preparing cans to ensure correct processing and labelling.
- Performing final quality checks and preparing products for dispatch by loading onto trolleys.
- Adhering to safe operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.
- Cleaning down the factory at the end of the day, following strict food safety guidelines.
- Experience in food production is desirable, but full training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and good hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, chilled environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- No shellfish allergies
- Food Hygiene & H&S training required (provided by gap personnel)
