Pay Rate: £12.83 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
Shifts Available:
- Early: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Late: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Day: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM / 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Sleep-In: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

- Behaviours of distress (three individuals have PBS plans in place)
- Walking, bowling, and archery
- Plane spotting and going out for dinner
- Music sessions, singing, and musicals
- Spending time with friends and staff
- Cooking (with supervision), cleaning, and getting involved in daily routines
- Providing Personal Care: Varying levels of support depending on individual needs
- Promoting Independence: Encouraging choice, autonomy, and skill-building
- Supporting Communication: Adapting your approach to meet individual needs
- Cooking & Meal Prep: Supporting healthy eating and following SALT plans
- Administering Medication: Including rescue medication for epilepsy
- Following PBS Plans: Supporting individuals with behaviours of distress (training provided)
- Lone Working: Confidently managing shifts independently while staying connected to the wider team
- Confident & Responsible: Comfortable lone working and taking ownership
- Patient & Kind: Brings calm, values-led support to every interaction
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: Manages time and tasks effectively
- Dynamic & Person-Centred: Adapts support to suit each individual
