Pay Rate: £14.11 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 Hours Per Week)
Shifts Available:
- Long Day with Sleep-In: 9:00 AM – 9:00 AM (next day)
- 2:1 Support: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (daily), 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Thursdays)
- Sleep-In Shifts: 1–2 per week
- Cycling with support staff
- Swimming and archery (he’s very skilled!)
- Walks, shopping trips, and days out
- Holidays to the Forest of Dean
- Hot tubs and outdoor activities
- Sensory contact and being part of conversations
- Providing Personal Care: Supporting with daily routines and hygiene
- Promoting Independence: Encouraging choice and autonomy in daily life
- Supporting Behavioural Needs: Following a PBS plan and using positive behaviour support strategies (training provided)
- Planning Activities: Creatively supporting new experiences and community engagement
- Building Relationships: Creating a sense of safety, trust, and consistency
- Working Collaboratively: Communicating with family and professionals
- Patient & Enthusiastic: Brings calm energy and positivity to every shift
