  • Ensure services operate within a robust clinical governance framework, including monitoring standards of care, managing risk, and participating in audits, investigations, and service evaluations.
  • Support the Service Manager by deputising when required, contributing to service planning, recruitment, performance monitoring, and the implementation of service improvements.

  • Experience of staff management and evidence of application of managerial skills and knowledge
  • Evidence of successful partnership working with other professional groups

  • Experience of working within Child and Adolescence Mental Health Services
