- Regular, predictable, reliable attendance is an essential function of this position
- Provide strategic vision for the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting functions and supports the actions that must be taken to achieve it, through deployment of new tools or business models like RPAs and centralized support.
- Develop and implement new projects, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and controls for the function.
- Coordinate the timely execution of the monthly and quarterly accounting closing activities and supporting schedules in adherence to local and global company guidelines.
- Oversee and direct centralized relationships pertaining to the AP, AR, General Accounting, and cash application
- Serve as a mentor by providing coaching, career development, and inter-departmental relationship management for the team.
- Enforce the organization’s accounting procedures and internal controls
- Serve of special projects as a finance subject matter expert
- Lend support during audit/close requests and new customer/partner onboarding activities
- Other responsibilities as required

- University Degree in Finance/Accounting coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience within financial analysis. A background in Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain or Inventory Management is required.
