Join a growing legal department as an Interim Commercial Property Solicitor, where you will oversee property transactions and provide expert advice on commercial property matters.The Interim Commercial Property Solicitor will hold the following responsibilities:
  • Supporting with the management of a large portfolio of properties
  • Submitting land registry applications
  • Drafting of AP1 forms
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
  • Conducting due diligence for commercial property transactions.
  • Supporting the legal team with general property-related matters.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide legal solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation.
Experience of land registry applicationsSubmission of AP1 formsA successful Interim Commercial Property Solicitor should have:
  • A strong understanding of commercial property transactions
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Be able to work independently
