This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for commercial property legal services and mentoring junior team members.Job Purpose: The Commercial Property Solicitor will provide expert legal advice in commercial property, supporting clients and maximizing opportunities. The successful candidate will also mentor juniors within the team and work collaboratively to handle complex and strategically important projects.Key Accountabilities:
  • Provide specialist and technical commercial property legal advice to clients.
  • Manage a caseload of complex projects, working collaboratively across the firm.
  • Deliver accessible and excellent commercial property advice to a range of clients.
  • Assist in managing the commercial property workload across the firm.
  • Demonstrate detailed post-qualification knowledge of commercial property law.
  • Maintain high levels of personal and professional credibility, probity, and integrity.
  • Develop and sustain successful relationships with clients, colleagues, and key partners.
  • Utilize excellent IT skills, including proficiency with a Legal Case Management System.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Detailed post-qualification knowledge of commercial property law.
  • Experience in managing complex commercial property projects.
  • Strong IT skills, including the use of Legal Case Management Systems.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
