The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate finance or investment banking or will be a high-calibre ACA professional looking to change ca-reers. Sector experience is a requirement.What will you do?
  • Working with the wider team on ECM, M&A and advisory mandates for new and existing clients
  • Prepare and review pitch books and strategic presentation materials for company boards
  • Undertaking detailed sector research and monitor mining sector news (equity market activity, com-pany performance, strategic activity and newsflow)
  • Conduct financial modelling and sensitivity analysis as required
  • Attending meetings and calls with mandated and potential clients, strategic investors and private equity
Who are we looking for?
  • Degree Educated
  • For ACA candidates, previous experience in Banking & Capital Markets, Valuations, Advisory, Transaction Services departments or similar is highly advantageous
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to a high quality of work
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to work in the Metals & Mining sector
  • Excellent Excel and Powerpoint presentation skills
