Making a difference to the lives of our customers each and every day.Role OverviewTo ensure all reception and administrative activities in the Bupa centre are carried out efficiently and effectively.You’ll help us make health happen by:Completing all administrative tasks accurately and efficientlyOffering an outstanding customer service experienceContributing fully to the team and the team goalsEnsuring compliance with all operational control standards i.e. quality standards, clinical governance, and legal requirementsEnsuring safety of yourself, colleagues, and customers while in the centreKey Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:Customer service experienceAdministrative backgroundEducated to GCSE level or equivalentComputer literate – proficient in MS Office packagesExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsAbility to work as part of a teamBenefitsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
