- Responsible for strategic projects (i.e.Website, ISA) and reporting initiatives (i.e. weekly/monthly dashboards).
- Responsible for the finished product/service - from the creation of comprehensive project plans to the process of submissions for regulatory and client reviews.
- Track project budgets regularly and work with AS and AD to manage scope.
- Exhibit critical thinking skills and an awareness and understanding of client's business and strategic objectives.
- In the absence of a Supervisor or Director, day-to-day contact for clients and/or agency partners.
- Prepare client proposal decks and quotations.
- Proactively look for business opportunities with existing clients, and prospects.
- Mentor or manager for junior team members, ensuring client submissions are executed flawlessly, with implementation of agency best practices. Must adhere to agency policies and required compliance practices.
- Strong and applied experience in marketing and advertising, with expertise in digital and print execution; understands marketing and digital strategy as well as media and technology
- Strong client relations skills with proven customer satisfaction
- Proven ability to manage projects to successful and collaborative completion
- Written Project Briefs aligned with client assignments/expectations
- Able to co-author Creative Briefs and activate internal teams against projects
- Experienced with financials/tracking, including estimate reviews, project health, and revenue tracking
- Presents confidently, clearly, and effectively

- Bachelor's and/or master's degree ideally in communication/marketing, economy, biology/pharmacy and/or other scientific pathway
- Approximately 5 to 7 years of related industry experience: client-side brand team, consultative, advertising agency and/or pharmaceutical experience
