- Manage dual strategies: Craft and execute both paid and organic strategies that lead to cohesive branding and messaging across TikTok platforms.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end management of TikTok campaigns, from conceptualisation and creative briefing to budget management and performance analysis.
- Performance Tracking: Leverage analytics tools to closely monitor campaign performance, providing insights and adjustments in real-time to optimise both paid and organic efforts.
- Content Collaboration: Work in tandem with the content team to ensure that organic posts enhance and support paid campaigns, fostering a seamless brand narrative.
- Client Liaison: Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients regarding TikTok strategies, providing regular performance reports, insights, and innovative recommendations.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest TikTok trends, features, and algorithm changes to inform your strategies and keep client campaigns relevant.
- Team Development: Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their growth in both paid and organic social media marketing.
- Expertise in TikTok (desirable): Deep understanding of both paid advertising and organic strategies on social networks including TikTok, with proven experience running successful campaigns on digital platforms.
- 5+ years experience working on digital marketing campaigns. Importantly, has worked on bottom funnel campaigns which require a digital trading mentality to consistently hit results.
- Excellent data analysis skills: Strong analytical abilities, including proficiency in analytics tools to assess campaign performance and derive actionable insights. Highly capable in Excel.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box to generate engaging content ideas that align with client goals and resonate with TikTok audiences.
- Project Management Experience: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and achieving performance targets.
- Client-Focused Approach: Demonstrated experience in nurturing client relationships and presenting campaign strategies and results effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling that highlights the impact of campaigns.
- Social Media Enthusiast: A passion for social media trends and a proactive approach to learning about new tools and strategies in the industry.
