
Finance Manager

- Prepare and review accurate monthly management accounts to support informed business decisions.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring prompt payments and efficient collections.
- Monitor and reconcile all financial transactions with exceptional attention to detail.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, including missing documentation such as customer agreements.
- Support the day-to-day finance operations with a proactive, structured, and solutions-focused approach.
- Part qualified / newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE with significant relevant experience.
- Proven track record in a finance management role, ideally within a fast-paced or growth environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present financial information clearly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across the business.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the Lancaster office, 2 days remote).
