Senior Panel Executive - £28-34k - Leeds (hybrid, 2 days in the office)

• Carry out recruitment feasibility checks and keep the panel in top shape, ensuring accuracy and smooth admin
• Oversee participant comms across all channels, acting as the first point of escalation when needed
• Lead on quick polls and champion best use of the panel management platform, spotting improvements and training others
• Develop and run panel growth and engagement strategies, monitor KPIs, and boost sign-ups through referrals and insourcing
• Manage participant recruitment for UK projects, making sure processes are effective and efficient
• Support and coach the team, delegate well, and set a great example for teamwork and problem-solving

• You'll ideally have experience in participant recruitment and panel management, but we'd also love to hear from Project Managers or from those with social media/marketing background with transferable skills
• You're comfortable, confident and creative with social media, as it plays an increasingly growing role in panel recruitment
• You've managed people before, ideally in a UK market research setting, and enjoy helping others develop
• You're organised, detail-focused, and confident making recommendations to get the best results
