We are looking for a flexible and motivated individual with agricultural experience to join our Farm team on a full time basis to provide support in the smooth operation of the College Farm, maintaining quality standard.Interviews for this role will be taking place week commencing 22 September 2025.Your dutiesYou will:
  • Provide support to all aspects of the farm enterprise as required including assisting with harvest, lambing and calving to ensure the highest levels of animal welfare are maintained.
  • Operate a range of modern farm machinery as required to contribute to the smooth running of the farm estate.
  • Assist in the maintenance of farm machinery and assist the farm staff to provide meaningful and relevant experience to students as part of their course.

  • Have previous experience of working in an arable and/or livestock business and have proven experience in the safe use and maintenance of a range of farm vehicles and machinery.
  • Have a flexible approach to your work to be able to meet seasonable and business needs including the ability to work at evenings and weekends.
  • Be able to demonstrate a genuine commitment to the efficient running of a mixed farm enterprise and be keen to make a difference to students who are starting out in their careers.
