Moulton College is seeking a dedicated Farm Foreman. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in livestock care, arable operations, and farm machinery will directly support both commercial success and student learning.Working closely with the Farm Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining high standards of animal welfare, including seasonal activities like lambing, calving and harvest, and ensuring the smooth operation of all farm enterprises on our 450 hectare estate.   • Organise and carry out routine tasks for our 500 breeding ewes and our suckler herd, working to annual herd and flock plans.
  • Carry out maintenance of modern farm equipment and machinery.
  • Take part in key seasonal activities such as harvest, lambing and calving.
  • Assist with arable activities to ensure they are completed in the required time frames.

  • Telehandler/Forklift certificate
  • Vocational Farm based qualification
  • Experience working in a similar role.
  • Experience working with beef, sheep and arable enterprises.
  • Experience spraying (PA1& PA2)
