Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant Looking for a longer-term role where you can really build relationships and make a difference?At Teaching Tomorrow, we work with schools across Bedfordshire, supporting them with their Teaching Assistant needs. We are currently working with schools across the Biggleswade and Sandy area on a variety of roles from daily cover to potential long term positions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children’s learning and development.
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and nursery staff.
  • Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures to ensure children’s safety and well-being.
  • Observing and recording children’s progress and sharing insights with the nursery team.
Requirements:
  • Teaching Assistant experience
  • Comfortable across the national UK curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
